Overall is good! The room is spacious. The bed and the pillow are very comfortable. It is new and clean. The only thing not so well is the WIFI. Simple video call does not connect well.

We had 2 rooms. One of them was not very clean - lots of dust. The room furniture and beds were ok. We were surprised we had to pay for 2 days of parking (42 euros) - we were there for less than 24 hours. The gentleman that handled our check-out clearly didn't like his job. He didn't even greet us when we came to the counter and wasn't very friendly.

I requested a quiet room but was given one facing the main street. When I asked to change rooms, I was told everything was fully booked — even though the hotel appeared nearly empty, which made me seriously doubt the truth of that claim. The internet didn’t work at all during my entire two-day stay, despite repeated attempts to connect. Overall, it was a terrible experience: I couldn’t sleep properly, and I wasn’t able to get any work done as planned. I strongly recommend choosing any other nearby hotel instead.

Was in room 401 and the free wifi did not work in that room. I was traveling internationally and had to pay a lot of money for additional data. I was unable to get compensation for it from Novotel Nuernberg. Other than that, everything else was flawless. Staff were friendly and helpful, location is very close to Hbf, and rooms are solid.

Not the worst hotel.

We liked the location of the hotel. The room was clean and basic. Considering the train tracks were the view from the window, it was a quiet nights sleep. The 25 euro breakfast was okay.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel to experience the Christmas Market. The location was perfect as it was walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning which had a huge and satisfying selection of both hot + cold choices. The parking at the hotel was convenient as well and was secure and had a hotel rate. Our room was spacious and had an additional sofa bed set up for us which was a nice touch and much appreciated.
