1 night Twin Room stay. Quiet. Close to train station, supermarkets, walkable to old town. Elevator. There was a small portable fan in the room. Comfortable bed. No hand towel. Had to self check in & input check-in details first in their system myself then on my phone even though there was a staff member there & it was standard check-in time.

As always, A&O hotels are always exceptionally clean and comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful during the check in procedure with options of dining. The hotel is centrally located to public transport, supermarkets and shopping. A&O are an economical choice with reliable standards

Spacious room. Modern atmosphere. Short walking distance to the main train station. Lift and stairs available to go up the floors. I went during the colder days. Hallways were kept well warm and also the room came with a fan heater than helped further battling the cold. Toilet was a bit small, so had to put my legs in an awkward position to use the toilet. Showers came with both hot and cold water. Towels provided. Large windows allowed a lot of natural light to come in.

Location was ok. They didn’t have parking we had to find other public parking. When we arrived there was a large student group clogging the lobby for check in. I tried to use the self check in but it didn’t work. The guest kitchen is super tiny but functional for our needs.

The front desk non existent. Also they didn’t specify that the 1 room was a cohabitation with opposite gender. Spend the first three days sleeping with men. No where did it say it was cohabitation with the opposite gender and no where did it say the room was a shared space. I had to find somewhere else to stay because I need my space and privacy. The men where also awkward because there was a women sleeping with them. Roughest nights of my life. The only person was nice was the housekeeper. Do not recommend and I will be getting a refund for the remaining nights I booked I didn’t even used.

I spend 4 nights. When I arrived the elevator was out of order and no one fixed it. I had to go up and down the stairs during all my stay. The windows are not sound proof, all the noises coming from the street are clearly audible from the rooms. If you want to take a shower in the evening you won't find hot water.
