My aunt & I stayed overnight for an early morning flight. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with a sense of humor. The room was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. I would choose this hotel again.

Customer service was excellent and the hotel is very convenient to the U Bahn and airport. The room was very comfortable. This was the perfect stay for our pre-flight overnight and we would highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful but the hotel was way understaffed. On Saturday night, could not get anyone to serve drinks or provide ice. At other times, the front desk was overloaded during check out time. Parking is overpriced. Room needs a box of Kleenex, and possibly a refrigerator. Pillows are all pretty hard. Location is excellent for shopping and access to airport, freeways and even downtown through the street car service.

We've asked for daily cleaning upfront. They didnt clean on the third day, and did not change dirty sheets nor put towels for two on the fourth day. I arrived at 2am and had to use a hand towel. Breakfast was absolutly similar along all days. Lastly we had a silverfish running over our bed. Unfortunately, I cant say this is a good value hotel.

Ich bin mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würde sie als gut einstufen, Zimmer war sauber und bequem für einen Reidenden der nicht mehrere Wochen bleiben will. Ich habe das Hotel ja folglich auch ein zweites Mal gebucht. Das Frühstück ist preislich mit 17,90 Euro an der oberen Grenze. Hier wäre auch in laufenden Betreuungsservies ein klein wenig Lust nach oben. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, weil U-Bahn und Busse vor der Haustür. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.
