It was a very pleasant stay. The staff are amazing - they go out of their way to help you. We would like to say a special thank you to Dana from reception and Raushan from the spa - they sorted out all our little problems with ease. Studio apartment in Astana

location was not too far from Khan Shatyr in Astana. my studio unit was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. bathroom has bidet. breakfast spread was limited but the croissants were very delicious - buttery and flaky. the Cloud Bar where the breakfast is has a nice view. on the night that i walked back from Khan Shatyr, it was the "Cloud Bar" sign on the top of the building that guided my way back to the hotel. THANK YOU! staff at the reception must smile a bit more (very serious looking!)
