Wonderful hotel, nice stuff very good food. There is no alcohol served in the property you still can get it in a nearby beach bar. The beachfront villas are wonderful, We didn't like the constant hassling of vendors that came by the border of the property, but the hotel security guard was always there. Every afternoon the. beachfront was full of local youngsters playing soccer, what blocked your access to the beach. Overall highly recommend it, great place to rest and observe the local village life in the meantime.

Der Strand war traumhaft schön und das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Leider gab es jedoch einige deutliche Mängel: Es kam regelmäßig zu Stromausfällen, das Internet funktionierte meist nur sehr schlecht, und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war eine Katastrophe. Zudem entsprach unser Zimmer leider nicht den Bildern und wirkte deutlich weniger ansprechend. Besonders negativ ist mir das Verhalten des General Managers aufgefallen. Obwohl ein anderer Manager erwähnte, dass die Katzen vor Ort regelmäßig gefüttert werden, habe ich selbst beobachtet, wie der General Manager die Katzen aktiv verscheucht und auch das Personal dazu angewiesen hat. Angesichts der vielen Essensreste, die täglich anfallen, wäre es problemlos möglich, sowohl Tieren als auch bedürftigen Menschen zu helfen. Eine solche unempathische Haltung empfinde ich als sehr enttäuschend. Aus diesem Grund würde ich persönlich empfehlen, das Geld lieber in eine Unterkunft zu investieren, die nicht nur beim Service, sondern auch im Umgang mit Mensch und Tier mehr Verantwortung zeigt. Ein bewusster Umgang mit seiner Umgebung ist die Pflicht eines jeden Individuums um zu einer besseren Welt beizutragen!!!

Die Bungalows sind wunderschon, als auch die Aussicht vom Pool/Aussenbereich auf das Meer. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch nicht eingehalten. Für den hohen Preis haben wir besonders hinsichtlich Organisation und Service mehr erwartet. Beispiel: Elektriker-Arbeiten während dem Aufenthalt im Zimmer; sehr lange Wartezeiten bei Bestellungen (mind. 1h); wenig Privatsphäre im Privatbereich; schlechte Organisation und Qualität des inkludierten Wäscheservice; Klimaanlage nicht voll funktionstüchtig; Abholung Geschirr im Raum erst am nächsten Tag; Ameisen beim Buffet; Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkelbar Essen war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Es war ein super schönes neues Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Man bekommt ständig Wasser gebracht das Zimmer wird kontrolliert und erneut gesäubert wenn man kurz raus geht! Rundum einfach nur Perfect!
