Amazing hotel to stay. Being an avid traveller, I can say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The food is exceptional in quality and quantity. The staff are very friendly and cater to all needs. Such a lovely place to be to relax and enjoy the all-inclusive vibes. All staff are smiling and show so much care towards you. We were specially looked after by Abdallah who mostly works in Ginger bar and also Ibrahim who works in the restaurant. They looked after us so well. The resort is very large and spreads over a huge area which means it never feels crowded. There is a steep slope from the reception area to the restaurants and bars which would be a problem for less mobile people. Limited covered seating if/when it rains. Great hotel. Food was amazing! Not so much party life at night in the hotel. Some karaoke but no dancing. Crowd is older more for relaxing. But the service was top notch!

The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful. The beach is gorgeous and the security keeps the vendors away from the sun loungers. The bar tenders were fabulous and so friendly. The promenade wait staff was a tad inattentive and it took multiple asks to finally get water or beverages with meals. Food was good. Overall had a wonderful 4 days at the Riu.

The beds & pillows were terrible. 2 single beds stuck to each other which shake as you move. No grip whatsoever on the floor.. pillows were hard as rock too. Hotel service & meals were fantastic. Beach was amazing as well.

The staff was overly friendly, very accommodating and kind. I really enjoyed the staff there. The amenities were great. The performances were awesome. Jambo was also a nice get away. I love the access to both resorts.

The food is fantastic. The best buffet we have ever experienced in a hotel - and we travel a lot! Also enjoyed the speciality restaurants where food and service - again excellent. The staff couldn’t be more friendly. A shout out to Nora (in Gingers) Rhoda on reception and all the pool staff - particularly the activity team - so good. Evening entertainment mainly good - particularly enjoyed the saxophonist and the high energy gymnastics. The lighting needs to be sorted as when performers used the floor around the stage it was difficult to see them. We also found our room quite dark - better lighting needed. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely would recommend
