For a one-night stay on our way from the south of France to Germany near the Luxemburg border this a very comfortable hotel. The facility is very clean, friendly service and comfortable beds. Our bed this time was a double bed with one large cover; we prefer twin beds with separate covers.

Good stay, we arrived very late though and the key machine wouldn’t work as we had paid via hotels.com and wouldn’t release the keys until we had paid the local tourist tax (it didn’t tell us this, just didn’t release the keys). Fortunately the site on call lady was brilliant but really should be automatic and not rely on us waking up the on call person at 1am

Noise problem

We have stayed several times over the years at this Ibis budget And been happy with the service provided. This time our room was positioned facing three shops one of which was a bakery. We were woken by a lorry delivering supplies around 3.30 am for over half an hour. We reported this to a staff member in the morning who was very sympathetic and was going to follow it up.

Didn’t enjoy much

Stayed only for 1 night. Room was ok. The corridors need a good clean/hoover. A little dated and needs tlc. Our shower was big enough but the sink flooded and could not be fixed so we had to be moved into a smaller room. Asked for extra pillows - was denied. After the sink flooded the lady was very apologetic. But it was a hassle to move from one room to another. Parking is fab though and there is a Carrefour right next door. The little mobile pizza stall in the town serves fantastic pizza btw. Dijon is not too far either - worth a visit.

Ottima posizione, a 10' dalla strada del vino della Borgogna e dalle cantine, da Vesne-Romanée dove si trova il vigneto del leggendario Romanée Conti e a 30' da Beaune e Digione. La camera, sempre essenziale come da standard Ibis, era al piano terra, con la finestra sul parcheggio e, per questo, impossibile da aprire. Il letto a castello da fare, come sempre. Bagno fantasioso: water in uno sgabuzzino, lavandino in camera con tenda per separare gli spazi, doccia con vetro al lato del lavandino. Al mattino la signora delle pulizie ha bussato alle 8:30 per rifare la camera (in realtà solo il letto matrimoniale), gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati. La colazione nella norma di un ibis, ho apprezzato che il personale ci abbia preparato il caffè in quanto l'erogatore del caffè era guasto.

UNE PREMIERE : À mon arrivée sur l'hôtel, il m’a été exigé de régler le montant de la chambre, qui après vérification, celle-ci avait déjà été intégralement payée en ligne. Malgré mes tentatives répétées pour vous signaler cette anomalie en temps réel et par messages par la suite, aucune réponse de vos services, avec impossibilité de vous contacter directement, votre hôtel en apparence n'est pas joignable, de fait aucun retour ne m’a été apporté à ce jour. Situation inacceptable. Elle révèle une défaillance majeure dans la gestion administrative de votre établissement, ainsi qu’un manque total de considération envers vos clients. À ce jour : Paiement initial est confirmé et débité, Aucun remboursement n’a été effectué pour le second paiement. De mon côté j'ai lancé une procédure de contestation qui reste très longue. Franchement dommageable le tout avec perte de temps pour un litige qui devrait se régulariser quasi en temps réel.
