Very confortable beds , with lake view , swimming pool perfect for kids , we just stayed one night to cut a long drive it was perfect near panamericana. Only bad thing is breakfast

Very clean, friendly staff and very helpful. Excellent the restaurant. The waitresses are a little slower, sometimes forgot brings Napkins or water, But in general Excellent place, we enjoyed our visit.

Big room with balcony and nice bathroom. Easy to park and good for a stopover. We had dinner and that was good. The fridge and bathroom sink weren’t clean. Dust on lamps and side tables

Convenient location for stopping by on our driving trip from David to Panama City. Staff are super helpful in addressing the lock issues we noticed, and providing hot water for my wife and son to sooth their cough conditions.

It is the most beautifully located hotel in all of Santiago. No other hotel has such stunning views, amenities like paddle boating, basketball courts, trampoline, playground, pools, and lakeside dinning. It can’t be beat. When I stay in Santiago it’s always here

Sufro de Alergias así que siempre tiendo a revisar que todo esté limpio y arriba de la cabecera de la cama había mucho polvo , arriba de los cuadros , de las puertas , en las patas de los muebles , el aire no estaba puesto así que se sentía el olor a húmedo lógico está al lado del lago, pero se supone que te están esperando, el refrigerador no estaba conectado, ni el aire estaba en puesto. En cuanto el desayuno, no pidan panqueques están horribles duros crudos definitivamente el cocinero no sabe hacer eso. Mejor pidan hojaldres o tortillas.
