Awesome place

It was an amazing stay, very accomodating, friendly and helpful staff, bilingual staff, the cleaning was top notch. We were amazed by the palace, it's modern, well located and comfortable.

Room condition good butoff the beaten path. Breakfast was basic and not repeatable. Few restaurant options and no shopping centers near. Staff was helpful. Nuevo Laredo really doesn't have Uber although the app functions it also was offline. Didi app is only option or have to pay cash and negotiate with taxis. If I stay there again stay in known brand hotels.

El personal es muy amable y accesible, el lugar muy limpio y bien mantenido. Solo que debes estar preparado para pagar $500. Como depósito que después te regresan al salir. Tampoco te regresan el depósito hasta que revisan que el cuarto esté bien y no falte nada. Eso me pareció muy fuera de lugar pero seguro por sus experiencias. El precio es accesible y las camas y ropa de cama son muy cómodas y limpias. Buen desayuno. El área está en una área popular que al llegar por la noche nos causó un poco de desconfianza y miedo to. Pero no hubo incidente alguno. Al llegar a la dirección es difícil el adivinar que el hotel se encuentra en el tercer piso. Tuvimos que dar toda la vuelta al edificio y entrar a los pasillos de comercios en la planta baja hasta que se nos ocurrió entrar al elevador que en el número 3 decía “Hotel”. Tiene todas las amenidades que necesitas para pasar una noche en un ambiente cómodo en el cuarto solo que no tiene ventilación. Pero si los cuartos son amplios y decorados. Limpios y cómodos.
