“This is a scam. Arrived at the supposed address only to be met by the owner of the property nextdoor informing me that address did not exist and unfortunately we weren’t the only ones that experienced this. Was a a terrible start to a family vacation, luckily a Hampton inn was right down the road and had vacancies so were able to book same day.”

“Help!! We didn’t stay at this property due to the property stating it was lakefront and marina. The property was in complete disrepair condition. Junk cars, high weeds, room smelled of smoke. I would request a refund.”

“THIS HOTELS.COM BOOKING WAS A HOAX. No idea how the multi-unit home made it to the website, but we were informed that the 3br/2 bath unit was a hoax by one of the building residents upon 8p.m. arrival. No one answered the associated phone number nor responded to the access question I posted via the hotels.com chat the night before/day of booking. The website refunded”

“It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.”

“You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh,...
