Vacations Close To Nowlan Park

The valet was good that was it

The location is great, with a nice view from our room. The free trolley stop is near the hotel. We did have a couple of issues with our first room—the shower head was broken, and the AC thermostat wasn’t working properly. We moved to another room on the 2nd night. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, I think this hotel offers great value for the price, especially considering the location and convenience.

There was a clogged sink, and I never could get a hold of maintenance because their voicemail was full and they wouldn’t answer. Also, I was under the impression I was booking a deluxe suite along with another suite so that we would have a shared kitchen area. That was not the case. It was two smaller suites connected. Also there was a giant stain on the carpet, and part of the ceiling looked like it was falling down.
