O único ponto negativo é não diz respeito ao hotel em si, é aquele fica na entrada de nova Petrópolis é bem longe do centro pra ir a pé, eu e meu esposo tentamos, mas não deu porque tem uma parte que não tem calçada dificultando e não tem Uber, tivemos que esperar o ônibus, fora isso o hotel é maravilhoso!

Estádia foi ótima, mas o atendimento no check in deixou a desejar, alegaram um problema na reserva dizendo que o cartão não havia passado e passaram o cartão de credito novamente, subimos ao quarto e em seguida a recepcionista totalmente despreparada e bem mal educada, bateu na porta do quarto para "mandar" que descêssemos novamente a recepção para estornar o valor debitado, mas que tinha que ser naquele exato instante, a maior confusão e a alegação que o "expedia" não havia repassado os pagamentos, só que a estadia foi feita pelo "hoteis.com", enfim... foi bem desagradável.
