A nossa estada foi maravilhosa! Pousada limpíssima, aconchegante! Colchão, travesseiro e roupa de cama maravilhosos ( e cheirosos)! Um café da manhã gostosinho, com ovinho mexido feito na hora pela Rose.Sem falar nos bolinhos maravilhosos e fresquinhos. A Rose nos recebeu muito bem e nos atendeu em tudo que precisávamos. Mas acho que vale uma observação: sentimos falta de uma garrafinha de café à tarde.Muitas pousadas e hotéis deixam uma garrafinha de café ou uma garrafa com água quente para chá, além de um biscoitinho ou o bolinho ( aquele que sobrou do café). Para o nível da pousada, acho que vale! Recomendo e voltarei!!!

Péssimo atendimento ao hóspede. Não recomendo!

Chegamos no hotel dia 22/03 e reservaram um quarto muito ruim cheio de mofo com pouca ventilação. Minha esposa passou mal com cheiro forte. Depois de reclamar e falar que nao tinha condição de ficar mudaram para outro quarto da mesma categoria. No dia 23/03 no check out foi terrivel. Fomos praticamente expulsos do quarto, já viajamos para diversos lugares e foi a primeira vez que passei por.isso. tinha que sair meio dia em ponto. Estsvamos acabando de colocar a roupa para sair e a funcionária nos cobrando dizendo que só tinha 2 min e que a porta iria trancar. Ela teve a coragem de sujerir para acabar de se arrumar no corredor por conta do horario. Um absurdo. Não podia passar 1 min. Você paga por um valor que não é barato e passa por uma situação dessas. Não recomendo para ninguém. Atendimento péssimo.

Vazamento no box

A pousada tem um padrão esforçado de limpeza, modernidade (fechadura eletrônica, tomadas usb no quarto, abajour "touch"com 3 estágios), e deve ser das melhores da cidade/distrito. Porém, tinha problemas chatos no banheiro e quarto, como vazamento de agua no box, tampa do vaso sanitário mal adaptada (meio solta), pia de sobrepor pequena demais, e instalada distante da pessoa, ducha higienica instalada muito perto do porta papel higiênico, e cortina que deixa entrar luminosidade pela manhã. A TV, ar condicionado (bom) e armário para roupas eram meio amontoados num mesmo canto. A impressão é que o espaço do quarto foi mal projetado, e a obra nao foi muito bem executada. Cama um pouco dura, roupas de cama ok, menos as fronhas que estavam com "bolinhas" no tecido. Chuveiro bom. O café da manhã foi esforçado, com bolo de chocolate muito bom, feito pela faz tudo da pousada, mas senti falta de opções de frutas. Ambiente externo agradável, com pássaros visitando a árvore interna da pousada,. Aparentemente, nao havia esforço para incentivar o uso das opções de lazer. A academia estava com a porta trancada quando passei por lá. A piscina parecia um pouco suja no fundo e uma banheira de hidromassagem externa estava cheia de formigas mortas boiando na agua parada junto com uma margarida de cloro, além de cobrarem por toalhas de piscina.
