The hotel web site featured a water front hotel with a beach bar and sports facilities. When we got there, we realized the hotel was part of a readaptation center for paraplegics and we had a room adapted for disabled. The lake is at a wakable distance but you have to cross a rail way. We never found the beach bar nor the beach. Very disappointed. It was not the vacation atmosphere we expected... Very clean however and nice food.

Superb facilities for conferences or tourism

We enjoyed the great facilities (restaurants, bars, lobbies, outside campus of the Institute...), the delicious breakfast, large confortable rooms. It was close enough to Luzern to visit easily.

Don't go there, no air conditioning in summer and they put us in a building without elevator. We had to carry out suitcases up to 2 scone over some narrow stairs. The rooms on those buildings look like jail cell. I was speechless when they showed me the building. Terrible hot in the unit even when outside is cool. Very disappointed!
