“Beautiful hidden gem. We were so spoiled”

“Although it was very cold the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and provided a heater A bit disappointing was the restaurant was closed they required 24 hrs notice There was a excellent pub just 5 minute drive away The breakfast was very good again excellent staff provided a full English We had a lovely massage followed by a drink in front of a blazing fire and a very pleasant dinner”

“It was a very beautiful setting. The room was very small and the pictures on the booking were a little different. Gettijg into the estate was a bit of a mission. I was suppose to recieve a code prior to atrivijg which was never sent. Once i had my cide, it still did not work. This meant i had to use another gate at the back of the estate which was highly inconvenient ”

“The property needs some maintenance, however, it was clean and had everything we required. No wifi, toiletries or hairdryer. Fabulous views and quiet relaxing atmosphere. Close to main road. ”

“Our stay at the Old Mushroom Farm was fantastic. The converted mushroom house into an apartment is awesome and very comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone wishing to explore the Howick/Karkloof area.”
