Stayed 1 night (12 hours), so didn’t have chance to use any facilities. Generally ok, lots of free parking space on site, location easy to find and close to Derby Road with amenities. Can take around 30 mins to get into city. Reception staff pleasant. Only issue was we needed dental kit, expected a 4 star hotel to offer this for free. But was chargeable at £2! For that reason I would rate as a 3 star hotel comparable to Premier Inn.

Warm friendly greeting from the two ladies on reception, checked us in promptly and explained how the parking worked. Room was big and very modern with really good amenities including a small fridge which was a great touch, the bar was good and staff friendly, all in all a great place to stay.

The receptionist was lovely, accommodated our needs in that my partner has a bad knee and the lift was broken so she gave us a ground floor room. I also asked for a bathroom with a bath, and she sorted that too.
