Staff-Angelika was very helpful n caring . when the restaurant was closed early due to staff shortages. She was able to open for me to buy drinks. Stayed in superior room- Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. My son was happy could move around the mounted TV any angle he wanted to play his games. Staff very friendly and helpful room lovely and warm when I checked in quite late in the evening as I was visiting family in hospital very clean and quiet ideal for anyone travelling to queens medical centre in Nottingham to see family one gentleman on reception on Thursday 15 th January 2026 made my trip he was brilliant also the reception is open 24hours
