The rooms are spacious and very clean. For a contactless stay, the owner was very communicative (the check-in video is very helpful) and he responded quickly. We arrived late, after an 8 hour drive, and then left early, so I can’t speak to anything beyond that it was a pleasant place to spend the night and the owner is great.

Cracking place. Quiet and comfy.

Clean, comfy apartment. Well stocked tea and coffee. Very quiet location so the best sleep I've had in years. Socket near the bed. Shower and TV worked. Didn't try the microwave but no reason to think it wouldn't work. Only downside was the kettle was in the bedroom with the bathroom off it. So i had to wait for other person to wake before going for a pee and making a coffee. I'd absolutely recommend this place. If I'm back in Nottingham, I'd book again!

Positives - Very good communication and easy to find with instructions. Self check in was easy and all very well done. Negatives - Esentially this is a small outbuilding in someones back garden. Not in a great area, house had CCTV all over it which speaks volumes. Not clean and does not smell fresh. The beds were hard, kettle provided but no coffee. Lots of dirt, cobwebs, hairs all over the place. There were stains all over the floor, curtains and sofa. Didnt really want to touch anything and very glad we took our own pillows. Afraid we are not able to recommend here, sorry. Dont like to leave negative reviews but wished i had seen a review like mine before booking. Other reviews make it sound quite nice, which it is not.

Excellent value for money. Great instructions to access property. Checked in slightly early which wasn’t a problem. Beds comfy. Flat has two beds, sofa, tv, microwave, kettle, mini fridge. The flat was quite hot, heating was on a little too high (unable to change, had to open window), but other than that all good.

Very nicely done up property with everything you could need. Instructions to check in were very simple and owner is easy to contact if anything did go wrong. Would definitely stay again and would recommend over a typical hotel

Home at affordable cost. Better than hotels.

I Don't usually do these reviews but the host was so nice I'd love to. The property was clean and the host answers to your need properly. Keeps the freedom and makes it feel like home. Would highly recommend it.
