“Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time. I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. “The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

“The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. Could hear the road from the room as well as everyone leaving and entering through the front door. Will not be staying here again”
