struttura meravigliosa nella campagna di Noto. tre edifici in bioedilizia per tre coppie, eravamo però da soli per due notti. camere ampie, pulite e materassi comodi. area esterna tenuta benissimo. colazione ottima siciliana con granita e brioche, frutta fresca e yoghurt. cena (su richiesta, ma dopo la prima sera abbiamo fatto il bis anche alla seconda) veramente buona, con materie prime di qualità prodotte da loro o da fornitori locali. il gestore una persona cordiale e veramente disponibile, che ci ha fatto sentire in famiglia. L'abbiamo già consigliata a parenti e amici. Lascio due piccoli consigli: - nelle camere inserire tende a rullo oscuranti, - in un periodo dell'anno in cui gli uccellini non sono presenti nei nidi, ostruire gli accessi tra le tegole e il sottotetto degli edifici. Trovandosi in campagna ci sono 1000 altri siti per la nidificazione, e si abbasserebbe in questo modo la rumorosità delle stanze la mattina presto (non è legato al cinguettio)
