It was a really lovely hotel and seemed clean, although very dusty on the bed frame and window blinds. The bathroom was clean but had a rusty toilet roll holder that needed to be replaced. Great location as only a short walk to the City centre. Overall, I would stay there again.

Tired but clean

The room was very tired but very clean. Pillows were lumpy, curtains were odd, net curtain ripped and dirty blind in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and everything was spotless. Stay was ok for a night to crash after a festival in the city

Excellent location conveniently close to Norwich train station, Carrow Road and the city centre. All within easy walking distance. Check in was great, where I met the very pleasant owner. Room was warm, quiet and clean. Had everything I needed. I think Marlborough Hotel will be number one choice when I'm back in Norwich.

Nice Hotel

Clean and comfortable hotel. I arrived by train and had to catch an early one the next morning. It's in an ideal location for the station 🚉
