Hotel was nice and kept well. However room was exceptionally small. We asked for extra towels bc we had 4 people and only 2 sets were in room and cups, but person in charge had already gone home so we couldn’t get them???

My stay with my family was overall OK. The rooms are a bit dated, BUT CLEANED. unfortunately we housekeeping was not able to reach the room, but they did do a "room recovery" for us. Front desk was helpful. I MUST say: Kevin and another young man by the breakfast buffet was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! so helpful. My family couldn't all make it downstairs, so they helped me organize food in the container to go. They were amazing!!!

Lovely hotel absolutely and normal dreadful car park arrangements nowhere near hotel! It's nuts my 2nd bad parking experience in Boston also NO sugar free syrup in the land of obesity!!!
