“NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...

“The apartment doesnt exist ”

“The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place.”

“Beautifully designed and decorated. Perfect spot on outskirts of sheffield - would definitely stay again. Only reasons for 4 start over 5 are small areas for improvement: Little more attention to detail on cleaning needed - dirty used tray in oven/ food debris in cutlery tray. Would also appreciate communication re access to property being sent a little sooner, was worried it wouldn't be sent.”

“The location was amazing, right in the middle of the city centre. The space was spotless and has everything you need. Check in was super simple and the host is great at staying in contact and answering any questions you have. I only stayed for 2 nights with work but will definitely be back.”

“Not one to usually write a negative or even a positive review of places but prime doorstep who manage this property just took the p*ss. I would strongly advise against booking this apartment. I booked on September 1st for arrival on the 22nd and noted my check-in time as 4pm. The listing stated I would receive “special check-in instructions” by email. I also followed their directions and emailed my car registration on September 3rd to secure parking, but received no reply. I tried calling...
