the listing didn’t match the room. there were unsavory stains on the walls, the tub stop didn’t work, the shower head had so much hard water build up it impaired the flow of water. when i arrived the lobby was closed, i had to call to let them know i was there. when i got into the room, there was lights on the bed frame, railings around the top and a mirror directly above the bed. It was unsettling. some might enjoy that, i don’t. some warning as to what was included in the room would have changed my choice to book there .

We sincerely apologize for your experience with us. At any point in your stay, we would have recommended reporting the issues in the room to the front desk so that we could have accommodated to switch rooms or sent a maintenance to fix the issues.

Check in was easy, room was clean and cozy! Very close to knotts which is a huge plus! Will be staying again in the future

Police & tow truck was there for a while outside of the building with too much noise

It was more reasonable that Knott hotel. It was noisy, but for the price it wasn't that bad

Loved the location to Knotts Berry Farm. Five minute walk from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Went for a swim in the pool. It was lovely especially because I had it all to myself. I definitely would recommend, my friends and family to stay at this hotel. And I would come back and stay here in the future as well.
