“The room smelled stuffy or damp. The hotel in general smelled bad. The shower looked dirty, the mattresses were old with a hole in the middle, old sheets, the base of the bed had an iron with which my daughter hit her leg on two occasions and when I went to ask for first aid items at the front desk , they only gave me a couple of small band-aid patches that didn't help at all.
