Found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was bigger than usual and well maintained with cleaning and supplies. Was a bit disturbed on Friday and Saturday night by loud music from a club across the street putting out loud thumping drums in the wee hours of the morning. Apparently the council won't take steps to handle that! But other wise our stay was pleasant. It was good to have a hotel close to the rail and bus stations to get around.

Perfect location, cheap open air parking around the corner after 6pm. Nice big clean room, however no air con and unable to open window in really hot weather. Staff were very helpful providing lots of ice.

The location of the hotel was spot on for what we needed. The room wasn’t particularly clean and there was lots of marks on the walls and furniture. Could see the mattress - no sheet over it. Bathroom had mould on shower taps. Not enough towels or toilet roll provided for two night stay. Car park on-site fine. Didn’t have breakfast. Staff couldn’t find our booking to provide a second key. Was alarmed they didn’t ask my partner for any proof of identity or booking number given the room was booked under my name.

The room its self was clean and tidy nice freshly made bed. The staff were all nice and friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was okay could have done with a bit more choice on the cooked breakfast. The only thing that was a slight downside was parking as there is no onsite car park I had to use a car park that was a slight walk away from the hotel.
