The staff made the weekend the best. We stayed here to attend the British Grand Prix and was welcomed to the property with chocolate racing cars, formula 1 decorations and friendliness! Great place to stay for the British Grand Prix!

Very pleasantly surprised

Our first time using Holiday Inn and it was a very pleasant change from other budget hotels.Having staff welcome you at reception is a great start.The accessible room we requested was completely satisfactory for my wife who has Alzheimer's and movement and cognitive issues.An incident with my wife in the early morning hours when she lost her sense of bearing was dealt with professionally and with sensitivity by the night staff and we are both very grateful.We have booked another stay and are glad we have found this little gem.

This hotel was very good value for money. It was very clean in all areas. Room was very well stocked, even had biscuits and a chocolate! Very quick check-in by the staff. The car park is very large. We would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel

The hotel is good, staff friendly and the food ok. The hotel is starting to look a little dated, but the rooms are clean and the shower is excellent. Sadly in my room the windows were locked shut and the air conditioning really noisy which isn’t great when you have a warm night and need to sleep.

Staying at this Holiday Inn was my best decision ever. The service was first class, the staffers were the friendliest I've seen - especially in this era of deteriorating customers service everywhere. The staff went above and beyond to give us value for our money. I can't even imagine myself staying elsewhere if I'm in Northampton. Best in everything. I love this place!
