The room was very clean and comfortable..well supplied oir needs too.. The staff could not have been more helpful. We found the music from the bar a bit overwhelming, but are understanding of the situation and would stay here again

It was the perfect place for our stay as it was very close to the church, where we were attending a concert. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, very clean & well presented, with an excellent shower & very comfy beds. The big downside was the noise from the pub’s outside space until the early hours of the morning. We expected some noise, of course, but this was a bit much - only managed 5-hrs sleep. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here as I was visiting an elderly friend who only lived across the street. The staff were all so friendly & very helpful, the housekeeping was also very good. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in north walsham. There’s absolutely nothing I could fault about my stay here for the week.

Lovely pub, very clean very friendly staff food was absolutely lovely definitely stay here again. We booked 4 rooms for 8 people and we all say the same.

I would definitely stay again. The staff were really helpful when I said I’d be there very late, finding a way to help me check in smoothly. There was no cooked breakfast option - which is in the listing - but tea and coffee in the room, and a snack pack was provided (which I hadn’t expected). Staff went out of their way to help me park - the car park is small, but they found a way. This is an old building, and rooms aren’t sound-proofed in the way of modern hotels, but the cost was also half of what I might pay elsewhere. A good value option if you’re needing to stay close to the coast on a budget (who isn’t on a budget these days?), with helpful staff. I will return.

The room was lovely, the breakfast bag great but it would have been nice to be warned that live music would be played very loud until midnight on the two nights we stayed. We could at the least brought earplugs. The stay was fine other than that but prior knowledge would have been the polite thing to do.

Nice central to Walsham place to stay. It is above the pub so you must expect some noise but all quiet after 11:30-12:00 pm. Didn’t try the bar or food but seeing how busy they were it must of been good. Would definitely stay again
