Check In was flawless with an envelope with all the info and directions needed for a wonderful stay i awesome PTown. Room was extra clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, amazing! The bed and plenty of pillows were like heaven. The rest of the stay was spectacular, great and beautiful property. Definetely will be back soon. “Decepcionante el comportamiento del empleado del check in. Al entregar mi tarjeta de credito me dice rudamente "sutarjeta ha sido declinada". Le entregué TRES tarjetas adicionales y siempre me decis lo mismo. Luego de 15 minutos me dicen despectivamente que cualquier adicional lo debia pagar in cash. NUNCA mostró empatia, colaboración, grosero. Al dia siguiente supe que el problema era del Sistema del hotel y no mío. Lamentable que tengan esos empleados ”
