Stayed at the Stateside lodge. Best part about it was all the hangers in the unit to hang our wet clothing from the unfortunate spring rain conditions. Room was nice, beds comfy and staff friendly. We had a great time at Jay and look forward to returning.

Spotless condo unit. Kitchen comes with all the essential utensils. Be sure to bring a dish sponge, some extra kitchen towels, coffee grounds and cooking oil/butter. The Golf & Mountain Condos are at the midpoint between the Stateside and Resort Hotel. The on demand shuttle service makes it convenient to reach either lodge. You could also walk to the village quad located across the street. The rear deck has an amazing view of the eastern skyline. Be prepared for a bright sunrise. Loved the fact that the unit came with a washer and dryer, a welcome surprise, so be sure to bring your laundry detergent! Having a clothes dryer available on a ski trip makes a big difference in getting your gear dry and ready for another day on the slopes. The unit was well maintained though has signs of wear and tear from being a ski rental. I wish there was easy access to a gym but skiing provided plenty of physical exercise. I would definitely come back and stay here again for a long weekend!

Check in time is too late, check out time is too early, Room was not cleaned and bathroom sink drain was clogged so we could barely use it. Food options are very limited. Mostly pub food anywhere near the resort. On the positive side, the staff is extremely nice and accommodating (except for a denied request for a late check out. The position of the State Side hotel is very convenient with ski in / ski out right from the ski locker room. Ticket office, ski shop and ski rental facilities on the premises are very convenient also

We are the Altayev family and stayed at your resort from February 5–8, 2026. We paid for three nights and specifically booked a room close to the water park and hockey rink. After a five-hour drive, we were assigned a room at the far end of the resort. When we asked why, we were told it was because we booked through Expedia. We find this explanation unfair and unreasonable. We were charged the same rate as rooms in the main building, despite being placed far away. Traveling with children, convenient access to the water park was very important to us. We kindly request a clear explanation and appropriate resolution, as this experience did not meet our expectations. We look forward to your prompt response.
