We checked in and the staff was very accommodating. The room on the other hand was like a motel not a hotel. Room was accessible from the outside making it a little uncomfortable cause anyone could have access to the door of our room. The TV in our room wasn’t working and we had to go all the way to the front desk to ask about it, to which we got a our maintenance guy has left for the evening “sorry”. Probably wouldn’t stay there again

Check in was a little odd. Instead of being given information about where to go and what was available. We were advised to let them know if we had questions. The young man was friendly, and loud, but didn't run through the usual info providing where things were etc. It seemed he just came on duty and was new to this location, perhaps that was the reason. Other than not being able to reach the front desk with a question about the AC (we figured a work around) everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

I think this property could be a lot better if it was updated. In the bathrooms, the doors could’ve shut better. The bathtub had been painted and were chipped up. The outside needs a lot of attention to look more presentable. The inside was better than the outside. Long look better. The building itself could’ve looked a lot cleaner. They had a great breakfast. The staff was good, but I think they can get a lot better if they improve the appearance on the outside and update the rooms.
