We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and convenient location. Parking was available, the area was quiet, and there was a restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was a major concern. We spent more than two hours at the beginning of our stay cleaning the floors, counters, bathrooms, and other areas before we felt comfortable settling in. The kitchen utensils were dirty, the barbecue was extremely filthy and appeared not to have been properly maintained for a long time, and we also found hair on the bed sheets. The garbage bins outside were completely full from previous guests’ use when we arrived. Only the most basic supplies were provided, and even those were very limited. For example, only a small amount of paper towel was supplied, while the shampoo and body wash appeared to have been significantly diluted with water to make the containers look full. The property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it was not comfortable or worth the hefty price we paid. For the price point, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, preparation, and overall upkeep. We were also disappointed with the communication from the owners when we inquired about concerns mentioned in previous reviews regarding safety. Their response was quite unprofessional. However, the manager we dealt with afterwards was pleasanr.

The house is fantastic, the view is fabulous, with private dock , kids can explore in the yard for whole day. The house is clean and tidy, it’s a fantastic place for family and friends vacation, the manager Shelley responded all my messages effectively. Will definitely be back here!

the location is amazing. The main bedroom and ensuite were beautiful and the home itself was spacious and had quirky decor. There were some things that weren't working that I would except to be. Also, the pool wasn't open even though the description said it's open in May (house book states it opens in April). Overall, I think the views, location and space were great

This was honestly one of the worst and most stressful accommodation experiences I have ever had. The property was completely false advertising. The photos online do not reflect the actual condition of this place at all. The pool was fifty and unusable, the hot tub looked like it had been simply shocked instead of properly cleaned, the dock/waterfront area was covered in debris, old tires and garage. The outdoor furniture was old, dirty and obviously had not been maintained for a very long time. The only thing working outside was the gas fire-pit and the host still had to come fill the empty tank the only time I used it. Inside the house, multiple things were broken or barely functioning. Dining room chair leg-broken, microwave handle was seriously hanging off, NONE of the TVs worked the entire stay. The Host/Cleaner was extremely unprofessional, especially when I had my guests over. She’s was frantically cleaning BBQ, blowing debris of outdoor furniture, draining pool, asking my guest to help carry empty tanks etc and without me knowing, offering wine to them from her purse? She left all her cleaning on ground to get a hot tub filter and came back with new nails? No drinking water. When we expressed our concerns and asked for some compensation, instead of handing things professionally, the owner fully refunded our stay and then threatened to call the police if we did not leave immediately. I was traveling alone and have lung disease, making this extremely upsetting.
