Vacations Close To North Granite Ridge Golf Club

Property appeared dated. Doors are dated, bathroom vanity old and chipped. You can hear noisy neighbours through the wall. Had to call front desk after 1am to ask them to ask them to keep it down. Took some time before noise subsided. Towels are not high quality. I’ve stayed at other Sandman hotel and this one did not meet the quality I expected.

Room was clean, and the staff were really great!

The atmosphere was very impersonal. Staff were not responsive or welcoming. Lobby was too dark and very loud. The room did not have good lighting. Room was clean. Great location for walking in the greater downtown area. Not clear that the $20 credit couldn’t be used for alcohol so we lost some of the credit. Doors that were supposed to be accessible only by key card after 8 pm were always open to the general public so safety was a big concern. Elevator use was not based on key card access. This would not be our first choice of hotels if we return to Toronto in the future.
