The accommodation was perfect for my needs. Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The apartment kitchen is stocked with basics like pots & pans, cooking utensils, tableware, etc. You are even given a small supply of laundry & dishwashing detergent for your in-unit machines. The one negative is there is no hair dryer, but very small complaint for a wonderful stay!

Let’s start with the good things. The pool was clean and virtually deserted every day. Plenty of chairs and cabanas! The parking was plentiful and near the entrance as well. Now for the areas of improvement. Small things like lack of dish towels and only two shower towels was too bad. Also, not sure the bed linens were changed before our arrival as there were plenty of hairs on the sheets and pillows. The pillows, were like big marshmallows. Like, would it kill you to have at least one pillow that I could actually sleep on? I had to use my towel instead. It was crazy! The room sits beside all the air conditioners and the blinds let a lot of light in when you’re trying to sleep. Not great since the lights outside the bedroom window never turn off during the night. Just bad luck that they were checking the alarms in the entire complex during our weeklong stay. The noise rang down the halls and was quite annoying.

Personally this was not the place for me. It is an apartment community and the upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud both nights. The master bath stunk like urine but thankfully there was a second bathroom so we used that but it wasn't very clean either. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Lots of restaurants right next to it which was convenient. Other apartments in the community might be fine but I would not recommend 4309.

This was actually our second stay at Cape Coral Landing, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. It’s a great feeling to return to a place and find that the standards are still high. The Highlights: The Pool Area: We used the pool quite a bit during our stay. It’s definitely a highlight—everything is well-kept, clean, and in great shape. It’s the perfect spot to cool off and relax. Perfect Location: You really can't beat the location near Fort Myers. It makes exploring the surrounding areas and getting to the beaches very convenient. Spacious & Modern: The apartments are well-designed and feel very modern. We love the layout, especially the kitchen and the outdoor seating area.
