My wife tends towards OCD and even she found this property spotless. I’m an architect and built my own home and I found the workmanship in the home excellent. The couple who hosted us were delightful and the service and breakfast were great. We only had a short walk to a delightful pub to make our stay first rate.

Liz was lovely she welcomed us and brought us a drink when we arrived. Nothing too much trouble. She rang for a reservation at our choice of pub for our meal. We paid for our breakfast which was lovely. Would recommend this place to all my friends.

Car park at front of property, and the owner met us at the door and was very welcoming & friendly. The house was spotlessly clean and the room was lovely. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was very enjoyable. A 5 star experience all around.

Very welcoming when we arrived. Concerned about our property. We had a small boat as we were going to sail at a regatta inWelton. The owners of the accommodation went out of their way to make sure it was secure for the night although we had not requested this. The property was extremely well maintained throughout and impeccably clean. The breakfast was excellent and served when we requested it.
