Sam the maintenance man was great. We just missed the office closing time and he was around the storage area. I got his attention and he helped us get checked in and showed us how to get into our room with the keyless entry code. He was very friendly and helpful and I’d give him an A+ rating. An in room coffee maker would be nice.

There was no one at check in . It would've been nice to ne greeted . Self check in stinks . Tried to help a elderly couple with their check in because the hotel phone nobody answered or even got back to you .felt bad for them because they had no email to check that ended up giving you room code to get in . Very confusing it's alwaysnice to meet a friendly face at the front deck .

Absolutely nobody on site that works there. All digital through emails tried to call no answer. To get in rooms it’s a digital keypad and they send you the code and the room you are in. When we got there, we walked into our supposed room and they were people in there how embarrassing so we went to another room and the night that we were staying there somebody tried to come into our room and this happened to three other people, the same problems very bad communication tried to reach out to owners and absolutely no response. Property is nice but terribly managed. Can’t even get extra towels if you’d like cause they never sent us the keypad code to get into the main lobby.
