Had a great time with my family at the hotel. Food was delicious, all the pools were fully enjoyed by the kids . We took advantage of the outside hot tub whilst the kids swam in the regular pool. Kids loved movie night and ice cream social . Definitely family friendly and it’s perfect as we didn’t have to go far with the restaurant and bar inside the hotel. It was a win win for everyone .

The rooms were clean, which was great. Unfortunately, the toilet appears to be on a strict diet—it could barely handle toilet paper alone, never mind the results of last night’s dinner. 5 Stars for all the different things they have to offer: couples massage, in-room jacuzzi (room was very clean), bar, seating area with fire place, breakfast buffet and restaurant (breakfast was amazing and so was chicken alfredo for dinner), indoor pool, hot tub and heated outdoor pool, arcade, ice skating, build your own sundays at ice cream social, board game event, movie theatre, a little store with snacks and vending machines. Amazing time for the whole family! All staff (front desk, restaurant/bar, housekeeping) was friendly, kind, and provided exceptional service! I hope to make this a yearly getaway. 10/10!
