We had a wonderful stay at Merrill Farm Inn! The property has so much character and charm, and its beautiful location right by the river makes it feel like a special getaway. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was absolutely phenomenal! It genuinely exceeded our expectations and made the experience even more memorable. Between the unique atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and fantastic breakfast, Merrill Farm Inn offers excellent value for the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Convenient location to North Conway attractions. Rustic look, and rooms adequate but don't expect luxury resort. Good value for the cost. The free breakfast is good with several options. I would stay again when I'm looking for a good bargain and location in North Conway.

Very nice breakfast in a quaint barn room. Would have been nice to have drapes that better darkened the room, but overall a nice room. Location is convenient to all the Conway attractions but far enough away to be quiet.

This was a great place to stay. We rented a loft, it was clean. The staff is friendly. The inn is incredible, the property itself is a great place to explore with antique relics and little nooks to hang out in. Outside had fire pits going at night, trails with access to the Saco river. Its in the perfect location too. I was thrilled to see how well kept this property is, especially for its age. It truly has a charm and a history you can feel. Would definitely recommend and will be looking here first on any future trips to the area.

Staff are all super friendly and helpful. We’ve been staying for quite some time while we renovate a house in the area. It’s been so great having fresh made breakfast every morning and there are lots of ways to keep my 4 year old entertained on the property. She swims, plays at the park, play room, and bouncy castle. We worked out, used the hot tub and sauna. It’s very relaxing and the housekeeping comes everyday which is something so rare these days!! 3pm fresh baked cookies are also a highlight. There are also fire pits and grills all around.

Went with my granddaughter and my 17 yo daughter. The first day they went in the pool the girls LOVED it. The room was very clean. The first day there was an issue with the toilet they came immediately and fixed.. The housekeeping staff came took the old towels and brought new. The hotel is beautiful. The dinning room is gorgeous we sat on the deck for breakfast BEAUTIFUL. The food was freshly cooked to order we had breakfast burrito chocolate pancakes scrambled eggs bagel omelet potatoes and fruit and yogurt. I'd definitely give our stay a 10. Highly recommend going. Stores are within 7 minutes. Go you won't regret it.

Beautiful and clean place. The breakfast was delicious. You order what you want and it’s free. I got stuffed French bread. It was covered in blue berries and strawberries. Bed was comfortable. If you cannot do steps, let them know when you reserve.
