The hotel was very clean, decorated well and smelled wonderful! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had a waterfall and regular shower head, which was relaxing. All toiletries provided in pumps were good quality. Nice view of the mountains from our balcony. Restaurants, mountain activities, train station and shops are within a couple of miles of the hotel. And staff were friendly! The only reason for a good review and not an excellent review was after I was charged for my rooms there was an unexpected hold of the room charge again plus $100 for each room. Most hotels it’s just the incidental hold so I was surprised to see such a large amount from my account the next morning. The money was released without issue after check-out. We would still stay again knowing this now but It would be awful for a younger couple who didn’t expect a larger amount help and it keep them from enjoying their stay due to funds.

This is a very new, well thought out hotel. The pool and fitness room were well appointed. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast, and even a better view. This is all located within minutes to the ski areas or downtown North Conway.

The room wasnt “dirty” but there were stains in the shower, the light on the mirror was broken, the bedding was insanely wrinkled etc Housekeeping came in part way thru our stay, and didn’t clean the floors or shower, and the bed was made but there were hairs left all over the comforter.

I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH. When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed. This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.

A new hotel that was clean and had VERY friendly staff! We went biking each day and kept the bikes in the stairwell rack. (I noticed there was a bike/ski room, but our key wouldn't work on that, the rack was just fine so I didn't ask for something different) The room had nice linens, great coffee/hot water, and good lighting. The only thing I really missed was a microwave for a quick reheat of leftovers. We will stay again!
