The room was clean but in need of maintenance. Peeling flooring at the main door to our room, light bulbs missing in lamps, worn out lampshades. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very convenient location.

The room was large and it’s hard to find a suite with a separate bedroom for a reasonable price. The room was old and hadn’t been kept up well, but was clean and comfortable. We would probably stay there again only because of the price and the room size.

This hotel for that money is perfect, they has two pools, hot tub, fitness room and such a beautiful foyer with stuffed animals for pictures. Room was clean, hotel need update, but for that price it is really good options, plus you have breakfast included, Staff very friendly.

The cleanliness of the room was not great. The room has a minor smell to it, carpet felt wet and there was dust on the lamps and bed frames. Stains on the box spring and no shower curtain. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room because it’s wasn’t super cleanly. The continental breakfast was good and free hot chocolate and comfy lobby were the plus’s. Nice that it had both indoor/outdoor pool and playground for kids.

Hotel needs to update rooms, no screen to sliding door, doors and walls had cracks and wood was chipping, room could of been stock with more toilet paper and towels, no parking had to park behind building away from hotel room. Staff is friendly and helpful, they make your stay pleasant.

Returning to this hotel in North Conway was an absolute pleasure. Compared to a few years ago, it’s even better now—updated, refreshed, and more charming than ever. The location is perfect, just steps from the main road and all the local shops, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling peaceful. Parking is a breeze, with spots right in front of the rooms, so unloading and settling in is effortless. The atmosphere is that of a true mountain chalet—warm, cozy, and full of character. In the lobby, a beautiful fireplace takes center stage, surrounded by comfortable sofas where you can relax with a coffee, read a book, or simply unwind after a day of exploring. A fantastic choice as a “base camp” for discovering the area: comfortable, inviting, and perfectly located. Highly recommended.

The man working the breakfast room was amazing! He was so kind and helpful!! The breakfast hall was clean and the food was amazing. Our room on the other hand, was dirty. The lights were broken, screendoor broken, bathroom fan did not work. There were spiders in the corners of the room. The bed was on the floor, the room had a really bad odor.

The hotel entrance was very lovely, staff were, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is showing its age though. The rooms had stains on fixtures (not a cleaning problem iron stains from years of use) several electrical outlets did not work. Breakfast was included and good enough. We did request garbage taken out and new towels staff eagerly agreed but never came and did it. Location was amazing close to everything. Overall was just okay.

First visit to the area. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very dark with poor lighting. Outdated amd old furniture. Bathroom was run down. Even tue TV was super old. An LCD from like 20 years ago. TP didn't get refilled. Faucet dripped all day. Patio door didn't lock. Location was convenient to stores. But (again, first time here) if I come back to the area ill book something further north. It seemed more touristy around there.
