Clean room!

The room was spacious and clean. Location is great and very walkable.

Great property, we enjoyed our stay and staff was always kind and making sure we were having a good time, Mariano, Julia, Reinaldo take caer of every possible detail. This property includes breakfast and quality was consistent every morning. Room was clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend especially if you are traveling with family.

I do a bit of traveling, and Intercontinental Miami was wonderful. Went to Vegas this year and one would think that a tourist town of Las Vegas would have 5-star accommodations. Instead, I found Las Vegas has deteriorated into a filthy place and seedy environment. It was not always this was, but it appears Covid has taken its' toll on Las Vegas. I share this because I assumed all resort destinations had experienced similar results from Covid. Not true. Intercontinental Miami was simply fantastic. The staff was wonderful. All were polite, respectful, and very accommodating. The grounds and accommodations were immaculate. My wife and I will return! It was so very refreshing to visit a city and stay in a hotel that, combined, demonstrated an environment I thought was lost to a deteriorating society.

This hotel has always been beautiful with great service. I always stay here quite frequently.At least once a year. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in this time, which I believe was 804 can't recall. We had an issue in the bathroom with small roaches. Not common for the property, but should be noted for them. Understand the hotel is over or close to a hundred years old, and this will happen. Never notified the staff I took care of it myself. But hopefully they read this and address it. But I highly recommend this hotel as it is a top notch.Beautiful historical hotel resort. Great restaurants, whether you're at an italian at the poom side, or on the golf course. My only complaint is. I don't feel the hotel guest should be paying a $45.00 dollar a day for valet parking. I am okay with $45.00 for my stay. Plus tips. I mean, I understand charging even that per week.If you're staying for a long period. So if you're not the filthy rich, you may want to not use the valet. But again excellent hotel absolutely gorgeous. If you're staying in coral gables, this should be your number one choice. The best spa, great golf course, the best swimming pool probably in all of south florida. Gorgeous lobby. Incredible amount of history. I do not know if they offer a tour of the hotel explaining the history. An ice cream shop down on the bottom is great. A bit overpriced and don't buy the water there. They're gonna nail you seven dollars a bottle. Great staff. Great brunch.
