The lock door didn’t work and the front desk people knew that. When we told him he said that he called somebody already to fix it but nobody went. The hot tub was very dirty and the pool towels very small.

We arrived after dark and our room was very cold. We closed the drapes and turned up the heat... to 83... and it was still cool. When we got up in the morning and opened the drapes, a window had been open the entire time. Please have housekeeping make sure windows are shut! Also, pool water was quite cool.
