Its very nice, the only thing is the street noise was very loud starting at about 4:30 am. It seemed lime it was people cleaning up the streets and moving garbage cans. Nit sure if that is a daily thing or not. We would stay here again even with the noise. The location is great if your want to be down by pier 39.

It was an ok stay, don't expect to be thrilled that the bar that is located in the lobby to be quiet, please remember that if you stay on the first floor you will be hearing drunk people until around 11 or so. I called concierge several times but to no avail. Also the gym is located outside of the hotel at the 24 hour fitness inside a tiny mall. I think they should really state where all the amenities are.

Fantastic location (so near Fisherman's Wharf), excellent restaurant attached, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
