Very good location right by Lake Bernard (largest fresh water lake in the world without an island). Few restaurants in less than 500m around the property. Old property and decor but overall a very good location. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Best place to get away , snows were beautiful

Beautiful stay, Neal and his wife was amazing. We got the lake view room plus we were warm and felt safe. Unfortunately no breakfast and because of Sunday, no breakfast place or restaurants open until an hour drive.

We'll definitely be back! We love that the beach and Lions park is right next door. We came in September, so the town was pretty quiet. We plan to come again next summer when the town's a bit busier.

The lake view was amazing .. staff was friendly.. does need a updating on facilities.. older cottages. Needs work needs a upgrade on more comfotable beds and pillows need to be bigger and firmer. The fire alarm on ceilling needs a battery didnt seem to work. And ther was a mouse trap in bathroom under sink.. also a deadbolt would feel more safwr for a lock in room. Otherwise was ok and on wrbsidte shows there a pool but its not in service.
