The room could have been cleaner and the gentleman man that checks us in wasn’t very informative. We’ve stayed here a few times and this was the first time that the rooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. The pool and hot tub were nice however it was very hot and stuffy so it did make it kind of hard to breathe The restaurant on site was AMAZING as usual! The staff are so friendly, portions are large and the food is amazing. The added bonus….it’s inexpensive! We had a full breakfast for two, cheaper than we could have for to McDonalds for. The restaurant is the big selling point on why we make this hotel our go too.

The check in was very quick, the staff friendly and polite. The room was clean and cozy, it was a very bad winter storm outside at the time, so that was a welcome change! We we were on 2nd floor. We had a stroller for our grand daughter. So we had to carry the stroller up the stairs. We had supper at the Italian Restaurant that was there. It was a Thursday night. The service was really slow. Also the food didn't come for at least an hour. The tub drain in our room needs to cleaned. Takes a while for the water to drain out of the tub. The air conditioner only has two settings. High and low. If you have to sleep beside the air conditioner, it is cold and noisy. The pool was lovely! The beds we comfortable but we had a room with two double beds which was a bit tight. I don't think you can get two queen beds in a room.
