We had an exceptional stay that was perfect for families! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable and the kids loved the play area and pool.

Neues Gebäude, schöne geräumige Apartments mit allen Essentials. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Leider sehr hellhörig und etwas kühl. Es gibt auch kein Thermostat und die Hauslüftung läuft die ganze Zeit hörbar. Schlechte Parksituation. Die Kommunikation läuft sehr unpersönlich. Wir hatten vorab gefragt, ob es ein Zustellbett gibt und wie die Parksituation ist und man konnte unsere Buchung nicht finden... ansonsten nur automatisierte Mails mit Info zu Check in und Check out. Zahlung muss über hauseigenes System laufen und man muss deren App runterladen als Schlüsselsystem. Das erschien etwas kompliziert, App funktionierte aber immerhin sehr gut.

Fräscht och fin lägenhet med stor balkong, kök och stort badrum med tvättmöjligheter. Sängen var dock väldigt knarrig och det fanns få upphängningsmöjligheter för badlakan. På det stora hela ett väldigt bra boende även om det ligger en bit från centrum.

Viihtyisä ja siisti paikka

Paikka oli uusi ja siisti, ympäristö oli vielä rakenteilla, mutta erittäin viihtyisäksi toteutettu. Lapsille tehty mm. uimapaikka, joka ilmeisesti ihan yleisessä käytössä, itse tosin emme ehtineet näitä hyödyntää. Yleisesti ottaen kokemus oli positiivinen, mutta joitain miinuksiakin löytyi… mm. Sänky oli erittäin kova ja narisi kylkeä kääntäessä. Vuodesohva olohuoneessa tosin oli lasten mielestä hyvä! Myös ulko-ovi narisi eli naapureidenkin oven avaus kuului makuuhuoneeseen. Paikalle saapuessa kesti myös löytää oikea kerrostalo, sillä annettu osoitteen numero oli eri kuin talossa. Kun oikea taloryhmä löytyi niin opasteita oli oikealle ovelle. Mutta opasteet olisi voinut alkaa jo vaikka poikkikadulle käännyttäessä. Sisäänkirjausta sekä oven avausta varten pitää ladata sovellus, tämä huono kun tällöin vain yhdellä puhelimella oven avaus mahdollisuus. Positiivista oli että asunnon lämpötila oli sopiva vaikka ulkona oli 30 asteen helle.

Jättefint boende. Mycket prisvärt! Välutrustat kök. Passar bra till både par och familjer. Nära till badplats. Skulle önskat mer information om var närmaste långtidsparkering finns.

Bra boende för större familj

Jättefin lägenhet i mycket fräscht skick med den nödvändigaste utrustning som vi behövde. Stannade två nätter i en lägenhet med två sovrum och var två vuxna med fyra barn. Vi rymdes jättebra kunde tvätta kläder och laga enklare mat utan problem. Dock lite svårt att hitta till rätt adress, och entrén är lite anonym, mer som en enkel ingång till ett "vanligt" flerbostadshus. Även ganska ont om parkeringar i närheten. Så vi fick leta både hus, ingång och parkering men allt ordnade sig efterhand. Nyckeln strulade och ville inte låsa dörren ibland så man fick ha tålamod emellanåt. Så lite krångligt att ta sig dit, men väl på plats är det ett väldigt bra boende. Jag skulle absolut välja att bo där igen om jag letar boende i Norrköping fler gånger.

Väldigt nöjda. Något avsides men bra pris, bra lägenhet och bra omgivning. Fanns badmöjligheter för mindre barn alldeles utanför. Parkeringshus i närheten (dock något dyrt).

God valuta for pengene

Vander i Norrköping er storartet valuta for pengene. Der er lidt med nogle detaljer, der godt kunne være mere finpudsede (kontakter uden el og en dør, der ikke rigtig ville lukke), men intet var ødelæggende - Og det er værd at tilføje, at der var rigtig mange kontakter, så det var intet problem at få el. Desuden er der gode bademuligheder i havnen lige ved hotellet. Også for børn. Vi havde alt i alt et storartet ophold, og Norrköping er en hyggelig by at gøre hold i for et år dage.

Väldigt fint läge med bad precis utanför husen!

Väldigt bra läge nära bad mitt i stan. Det fanns pendelparkering rätt nära men under våra vistelse fick vi inte någon parkering via hotellet. Dåligt att folk parkerade hur som helst precis utanför portarna. Lägenheten var väldigt fräsch och såg helt ny ut! Dåligt dock att gästerna själva skulle slänga sina sopor.
