Helt ålreit hotell. Hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Veldig nær Norrköping sentralstasjon for dem som ønsker å ta toget. Hotellet har ingen gratis parkering men det finnes mulighet for kommunalt parkering rundt omkring som er mye billigere. Viftet på rommet ikke fungerte. Jeg klagde og fikk nøkkel til å åpne vinduet som hjalp noe men ikke til den graden at det blir koselig på rommet. Scandic trenger også å oppgradere TV på rommene. Jeg klarte ikke å strømme videoinnhold (Youtube/Netflix) på TV.

Super bra upplevelse att bo där! Dock hade vi lite problem med toaletten på vårt rum men annars var resten riktigt bra. Bra rum, god frukost, fin miljö.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra gym och relaxavdelning. Frukosten hade allt man kan önska sig. Vi är jättenöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Välrenoverat hotell med aningen små rum men allt fungerar bra och personalen gör ett riktigt bra jobb.

Vi tyckte att hotellet inte nådde hela vägen till "Scandic standard". - Vatten rann ut på badrumsgolvet vid duschning - 200kr avgift togs överraskande ut för incheckning tidigare än klockan 1600. - Skulle varit bra om det hade funnits en te/kaffekokare på rummet. - 30kr kostade en apelsinjuice tagen senare från frukostmaskinen. Snålt av personalen tyckte vi som hade ända varit flitiga kunder på baren samt betalat extraavgiften för incheckning. - Det gick inte att stänga av den bullriga ventilationsfläkten i rummet på natten. - Annars var hotellet trevligt med fin inredning och bra frukost.
