I stayed in this hotel on a business trip for one night. The hotel has a good gym area and a nice sauna to unwind. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. On overall I had a good stay and would book a room in this hotel again.

guest comfort not a priority

It was okay, but lacking in customer service. The biggest problem was loud drilling on the other side of the wall in the morning. I would expect reception to give an advanced warning so I could plan around it. It showed a lack of concern for guest comfort. There were other issues but less important: keeping an extra folding bed stored in the room when it was not needed or requested, not having a wine opener for guests to use. Overall it gave the feeling that employee convenience is more important than guest comfort.

Rummet var fint, bra städat men väldigt dåligt planerat, mörkt och gick inte att tända upp, inget uttag i badrum eller i närheten av någon spegel. Frukosten var under all kritik, osten var så torr att det var färgförändringar på skivorna, allt porslin hade utslag, apelsinerna som låg i en skål som dekoration var mögliga, allmänt ofräsch känsla, bord var inte avtorkade… tyvärr en övergripande dålig upplevelse.
