Vacations Close To Normandy Lane Plaza Shopping Center

1 star - Do not stay here, especially with kids We stayed here with our family, 3 adults and 2 small children, and it was a terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff treated us with a very bad attitude, and our room was not ready when we arrived. When we finally got into the room, it was dirty. There was a very strong smell of humidity and animals, it was hard to breathe, dust everywhere, and hair all over the place. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet had urine in it. When we lay down in bed, we started itching all over our bodies and got a sore throat. One of my children developed an allergy rash and could not stop sneezing. We ended up leaving at 10pm because we could not spend the night and sleep there. Before we left, we explained the situation and they told us they could not do anything, that they were sold out and had no other rooms available. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children. Very bad hygiene. The pool and hot tub water was dirty and could not be used. Very bad experience.

Convenient

Me gustó mucho el hospedaje sin dudas volvería ir otra vez 🤭

Breakfast clean room helpful front desk employee

Our hotel stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty compared to other hotels. We've stayed in. The AC and the room were very nice, however, you do hear the traffic from i-295 during the night.
