The staff was amazing!!! My family and I got a well maintained and super cleaned room which we’re looking forward to because we have kids, the lady who cleans the rooms is super sweet and helpful, the only downside would be not enough parking but other than that everything was great !!!!

Pros: Check in was easy. The view outside was amazing. The ducks and turtles stay right by the dock out back. Very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Cons: parking extremely lmited, mattresses uncomfortable and noisy, bathroom extremely small, no coffee maker in the room and our door looked like someone had attempted to break in at one point.

The location was absolutely incredible. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do around the city. They made us feel very welcome, and their local tips made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back!

The motel was very clean, staff was great very friendly great location and 2 blocks from the beach. Close to great restaurant and not far from the fishing pier. The pool was clean. The only issue I ran across was the parking lot, but I guess that’s to be expected at the beach

Property needs some work. Location was very good and price point was low for the area. The staff was absolutely fantastic though, from the owners right down to maintenance and housekeeping. Very friendly and hardworking staff.

Very clean room,The owner and housekeeper Theresa very nice and helpful. Owner seemed to really care if you needed anything and were happy there. We had a room with patio that overlooks a small lake. Ducks and turtles were swimming about. Three ducks would come to our patio and want to share our dinner with us. Very nice. This is small budget minded hotel so don't expect 5star experience but rooms and staff were great. .Pool nice too. Parking lot a bit tight but always found a spot.

Property was amazing for the price, this is a great family stay if you are looking for small and quiet, obviously not a luxury resort! The owners are so amazing! And the view of the lake was just what we needed to unwind! Location is amazing, don’t have to fight parking as the beach is very close! Will stay here again!

Loved how everything was in walking distance we drove almost five hours so not having to drive wn we got there was great the pool was very nice a little in the warm side could be colder. The staff was very nice especially the young man w red braids he was very nice the older man w long gray hair was very rude an mean to my son when asked for more towels. We do plan on coming back. Thank u for having us.

Our stay was great. The outside does not tell the story for the interior. Inside all the amenities were up to date, clean room, clean bathroom, clean refrigerator, numerous channels, the fishing pier was well built, the pool was open, and minutes from all the beach attractions. There was no extra loud music, calm neighbors, staff is great as well. Thank you all for our visit.

The outside looks pretty run down, but the room was nice. We had a kitchen which was very helpful. The room was clean it could use new linens as in my expection (have been in rooms with bed bugs) so the first thing i do is strip down the beds and there were stains but overall room clean. Great location pool looked good but it was to cold to swim. Staff was nice i would def stay again.

Staff was very pleasant and great to work with. Paid an additional $60.00 to upgrade from a double to one with a sofa bed. Well, the "bed" was absolutely horrible. It was a an unbelievably thin mattress, and we had to ask for SEVERAL blankets to use as padding to cover the coils. Please Note: it was brought to our attention that management has previously been made aware but have done nothing to fix the issue. It was room 216

The man who works at the front desk is extremely nice and helpful. He let us check in early. The pool is clean and nice. The rooms being right on the water is amazing. We spent both nights sitting out on the balcony admiring the view. It is also in great walking distance to everything. A block away from the beach and near plenty of stores and restaurants. The room smelled as if it had just been scrubbed with cleaning solution as we first walked in. Everything was very clean. The only few downsides of this place is that the outside of the place looks really sketchy. It looks like a run down motel that could be super nice if they would put some money into it. The shower faucet was basically hanging off, but still worked. Last but not least, we did see a roach in our room. One roach an hour before we checked out which completely ruined our mood about the place. Don’t think we would stay again in the future

This place could use better house keeping and maintenance. Bathroom sink leak from the bottom and some old clothes on floor behind door from prior guess. and room smell like water so don’t really know how clean except for the sheets and towels were clean. The lake view was beautiful although the balcony guard rail was broken. Overall if you’re on a budget or just want a quick cheap stay away from home this is the place for you. Beach and all activities are in walking distance .
